Grace Markum has resigned as president and CEO of Crown American Hotels after exactly 23 years with the company. The company announced that Michael Barletta (Director of Operations) will replace Ms. Markum.
The Park Plaza in Lancaster has changed its name to Heritage Hotel Lancaster.
